- Ulifeline screening
ULifeline is a free and anonymous screening tool to help determine if a treatable mental health problem could be affecting you or a friend.
- TAO (Therapist Assisted Online)
Free psychoeducational videos, activity logs, and mental health tools are available through TAO for all Calvin students who are interested in strengthening emotional wellbeinTg.

The Calvin Unmasked app is a supportive, anonymous community for Calvin students, run by trained peer listeners from Calvin. This is a platform for real conversations. We have trained moderators and trolls are banned.
Learn more - Feelings Toolbox Workshop
The Feelings Toolbox Workshop is a 3-session, independent workshop offered by the Center for Counseling and Wellness (CCW). This workshop is intended to help increase your understanding and knowledge about anxiety and depression. The goal is to provide you with some skills to recognize and manage symptoms you may be experiencing.
