The Operational Accounting group, located in Spoelhof Center 361, is responsible for keeping the records of the financial activities for the university. Operational accounting completes the bank reconciliations, maintains the general ledger inquiries, and manages the merchant services.

Budget

Calvin University departments are responsible for maintaining the funds spent within the departmental budget. Financial Services will serve as a resource and business partner with the departments of Calvin University to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Grant Administration

The Financial Services office also offers comprehensive assistance to Calvin University faculty and staff with post-award management for specific research projects and programs.
