Calvin Oratorio Messiah

This year's performances of Handel's Messiah will feature nine movements for full chorus and solos and have no intermission. John Varineau returns as conductor along with four Calvin University graduates as soloists: Lisa Walhout, soprano; Helen Van Wyck, mezzo; Fitah Rasendrahasina, tenor; and Jonathan TenBrink, bass. The chorus brings together students, staff, faculty, alumni, and other community members. The performance will last about 90 minutes and will be held at the Covenant Fine Arts Center.
