Post-Graduation Participation in Off-Campus Short-term Programs

Students who wish to participate in an off-campus program during the summer after completing their undergraduate program have several options.

  1. Push back their program completion date to the next graduation date (e.g. May graduation date moves to August). They would then register for the off-campus program and receive academic credit.
  2. Apply with Admissions as a guest student. They could then register for the course without affecting their original graduation date. If they wish to receive academic credit, they will be charged the regular course fee (program cost + tuition). 
  3. If they want to participate in the trip, but do not need academic credit or evidence of attendance on a transcript, then they may pay the program cost and visitor fee and do not need to apply as a guest through Admissions.
