Laura specializes in helping individuals and organizations leverage their strengths and talents to flourish and accomplish their strategic objectives. Having spent more than 25 years as a Management Consultant, Laura has successfully managed a wide variety of corporate talent initiatives including executive and managerial assessment, entry-level and skilled hiring systems, job and competency analyses, performance management system development, employee engagement initiatives, focus groups, corporate culture initiatives, HR Audits, training content design/development/delivery and global competency development. Laura has also led various operational initiatives within both small/boutique as well as international consulting firms including: creation of user communities to facilitate brand recognition, learning and customer loyalty; marketing and market viability research; and business development.
