Many students leave college with limited exposure to professional workplace expectations and performance evaluations. Not until they’ve made some significant blunders do they realize their need to learn implicit office rules. And when that first 90-day review doesn’t come back with all As but includes constructive criticism, they may think they’ve failed. Avoid some of those early-in-career mistakes by gaining tips on professional expectations, and learn how to ask for and receive performance feedback well.
