Stewardship Work Day

  • Tuesday, July 17, 2018
  • 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Bunker Interpretive Center

Volunteering is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, learn more about native plants and meet like-minded friends. Come once or come weekly; either way, we hope you will join us!

Volunteers will control invasive species to help staff prepare for the native garden project, increase site biodiversity by introducing native plants, and maintain hiking trails.

Suncreen, hat, long pants/sleeves, and closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended. Bring a water bottle and work gloves if you use them.

Questions? Contact Jen Howell.

Location details

We meet at the east/rear entrance to the Bunker Interpretive Center. There is major construction going on around the building; please refer to the event map for directions and parking, and the trail map during construction to see the path to the building.
