Learn the do’s and don’ts of buying fresh fish. Watch a demonstration on how to properly shuck oysters and break down different types of fish. Afterwards guests will prepare a lunch of Cioppino, Fisherman’s Stew, for the class to enjoy together. Guests will receive a free take away gift at the end of the workshop courtesy of Calvin Dining Services.
