Lecture by Mr. Bert Koenders, entitled "Relations between the Netherlands, the United States, and the European Union"
Mr, Koenders was Minister of Foreign Affairs (2014-2017) for the government of the Netherlands and President of the Council of the European Union from 2011-2014. Prior to that he was Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations.
