Your Steak in the Planet: Implications for Human Health
There is a long-standing interest in what we eat. Few issues have been more controversial than the topic of meat consumption. After a brief overview of the history of nutritional science and the current methodology, a summary of the scientific evidence that red meat and processed meat is harmful to health will be given. In the last part of the lecture, the ethical implications of this evidence will be discussed from an evangelical Christian perspective.
