Build a career on words

God gave you a love of words for a reason, and Calvin will help you figure out what that reason is. We’ll even help you build a career on that reason.

Explore your interests through a wide selection of classes, ranging from “Creative Writing” to “British Modernism” to “Writing in Digital Environments.” Hone your craft through class workshops and writing retreats. Meet lifelong friends through the student-run creative journal, Dialogue.

Each step of the way, you’ll be guided by Christian professors who love to wrestle with words and who’ve won awards for their published works. They’re already connected to publishers like HarperCollins and Our Daily Bread, and they’ll connect you, too.

When you graduate, you’ll be ready for a career, confident in your ability to generate your own ideas and share your voice with the world.
