- Stackable furniture: beds (with mattresses), dressers, desks
- Desk lamps and chairs
- Bathrooms with a shower, toilet, sink, counter space and storage (Toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies are available free of charge at the front reception desk of the residence hall)

- Built-in bookshelves
