Campus residence addresses are found here: Calvin's mail services

All USPS, FedEx, Amazon packages are delivered to mail services and then delivered to residence desks and the Knollcrest East front desk once each weekday. Students will be notified when the package is at the desk.

At the end of January, U.S. students can download their 1098-T tax forms from Workday. These forms are only available to students directly, not via third-party (parent) access. 

Canadian students may request tax form TL11A. Contact the financial services office (studentaccounts@calvin.edu) for additional information.

Most live streaming events are on the Calvin University YouTube channel. This includes weekday chapel, monthly all-campus worship services, non-ticketed music ensemble events, and all-campus events such as Convocation and Commencement. 

An easy-to-remember link to get you there: www.calvin.edu/go/live. Unfortunately, due to music licensing constraints, Dance Guild performances are unable to be web broadcast.

Calvin's home athletic contests are streamed on the Calvin Knights YouTube channel.

The Calvin development office (development@calvin.edu) maintains parent contact information.

Students can grant proxy access (third-party access) to a parent/guardian in Workday, the software system which manages student records. Instruct your students to follow the instructions to grant third-party access to academic and financial records.  

After the student has granted proxy access, parents will receive two emails with username and passcode login instructions to create their own Workday account. Full instructions for all Workday functions and access are on the Workday website.

Banks such as Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU), Fifth Third, Chase, PNC and Bank of America are available in the area.

 There are several LMCU ATM machines on campus. Calvin is mostly a cash-less campus.
