About Us

Doing God's work in God's world

The Service-Learning Center equips Calvin University students, staff, and faculty to learn reflectively, serve lovingly, and engage wholeheartedly with our neighbors in the pursuit of justice, vibrancy, and shalom in Grand Rapids and the world.

Each year the Service-Learning Center hires a team of 6-8 student coordinators who work with the Service-Learning Center staff to administer, plan, and implement service-learning programs and events.
