Payroll forms

Payroll Schedule

Exempt (salaried) employees are paid on the 1st and 15th of every month, totaling 24 paydays in a year. If the 1st or the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the pay date will be the preceding business day.

2017 Exempt Payroll Schedule

Non-Exempt (hourly staff and student) employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis on Friday, totaling 26 paydays in a year. If a Friday payroll falls on a holiday, the pay date will be the preceding business day.

The Payroll Office, located in Spoelhof Center 370, is responsible for processing payroll for employees of Calvin College—including faculty, staff and student employees. The Payroll Office handles direct deposits, payroll deductions, income tax withholding, garnishments and everything else related to your paycheck.
