This year’s Homecoming celebration included several new fun and engaging events. Wednesday night included a bed race for students along dorm row; on Saturday, the Donut Dash had its inaugural run. Participants were required to consume six donuts along the 1.5-mile course. Saturday night, the stands at Zuidema Soccer Field were packed with fans watching women’s soccer post a victory over Kalamazoo College. After the soccer game, students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members enjoyed fireworks over the baseball field. Homecoming festivities concluded Sunday with a community worship service in the Covenant Fine Arts Center.
