Returning to college, whether for the first time or for another year, can bring a mix of excitement, stress, and homesickness. Join the Center for Counseling and Wellness for a relaxing self-care afternoon featuring therapy dogs from West MI Therapy Dogs, postcard writing, and other activities designed to help you rest, reconnect, and celebrate making it through your first month of classes while taking time to care for your well-being. Come as you are, spend time with our furry friends, and enjoy a little extra comfort and support.
Please note that this event will be held on Commons Lawn. In the event of poor weather (rain, cold temperatures, etc.) the backup location is the Spoelhof Fieldhouse Lobby (near the rock wall).
