Start the semester with an afternoon of fun, free food, and community at Calvin's First Day of Classes Celebration! Join us on Commons Lawn from 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, to connect with friends and celebrate the beginning of the academic year.

Enjoy free snacks, drinks, and ice cream novelties, courtesy of Creative Dining Services and campus partners. Grab a sample from Peet's, challenge your friends to lawn games, enjoy music, and stop by the photo station to capture a first-day memory.
