Digital Well-Being and Human-Centered Leadership: Navigating Technology with Awareness and Empathy

  • Fri, Apr 24, 2026
  • 2:45 pm–3:35 pm

Science Building 110

As technology increasingly shapes how people communicate and lead, effective leadership requires more than innovation. It demands empathy, ethical awareness, and digital integrity. This talk invites undergraduate students to reflect on how everyday digital behavior, including online communication and social media presence, shapes leadership identity, trust, and relationships. Through guided discussion and real world examples, students will consider how digital self presentation influences credibility, inclusion, and psychological safety in both virtual and in person spaces.

Speaker: Mary-Magdalene
