Dear River: Writing Our Watersheds
- Wed, Nov 11, 2026
- 4:00 pm–6:00 pm
Bunker Interpretive Center
Please register by Tuesday, November 10, 2026 5:00pm.
In this generative writing workshop we will read poems about rivers, write about our own watershed, located as we are in the Lower Grand River Watershed and its sub watersheds. We will consider how we might address our rivers through the medium of poetry and what the work of restoration ecology might have to do with the work of “re-storying” our watersheds. This free event is open exclusively to Calvin students.
Please bring: a notebook and a pen or pencil. We will be writing by hand during this workshop.
