Employees today are often encouraged to “bring their whole selves to work,” including their religious identities. But for many employers, navigating religious expression in the workplace can feel uncertain or even risky.
In their book, Religion in a Changing Workplace, Dr. Elaine Howard Ecklund and Dr. Denise Daniels draw on more than 15,000 surveys and 300 interviews to offer a data-driven look at how faith shapes the U.S. workplace. Their research explores how employees connect their beliefs to their work, how religious identity intersects with other forms of diversity, and why thoughtful accommodation can strengthen organizations.
Join us for a conversation with Dr. Ecklund and Dr. Daniels on the challenges and opportunities of integrating faith at work—and discover practical strategies for engaging religion in the workplace with clarity, respect, and confidence.
Schedule:
3:30 - 4:00 PM Networking Reception with light refreshments
4:00 - 5:00 PM Conversation with Dr. Ecklund and Dr. Daniels
This event is free and open to the public, but please get a ticket to reserve your spot.
