The Calvin Alumni Association is here to serve you—as a student and for the rest of your life. The moment you stepped on campus you were welcomed into a network of over 65,000 Calvin grads who want to help you succeed. Throughout your time at Calvin, the student chapter of the alumni association will provide opportunities for you to connect with and learn from alumni around the world. Plus, you’ll also be introduced to fun traditions that reinforce the benefits of being a Knight for life.

Bagel Days

Throughout the year the student alumni association hosts Bagel Days for our upperclassman. You can join us is the alumni board room for free bagels and coffee while you network with your classmates or just take a few minutes to relax.

Cold Knight Plunge

You can be part of one of Calvin’s favorite tradition! You simply have to jump into the Sem Pond in the middle of winter. Jumpers receive a towel each year they jump, and if you're brave enough to jump all four years, you’re receive a much-coveted golden towel.

Professor of the Year

Calvin faculty are one-of-a-kind. So, each year we let one professor know just how much we love them. As part of Senior Salute, the graduating class gets to nominate professors who’ve gone above and beyond. The winner offers remarks during graduation rehearsal. See the professor of the year

The Rivalry

For years, Calvin University and Hope College have competed in one of the most heated rivalries in college sports—an annual tradition spanning over 100 years. The game is broadcast to alumni around the world, and we’ll help you get a front row seat.
