Among all Christian colleges and universities in North America, Calvin is the only one with an Asian studies program of its scope and size. Asian studies at Calvin prepares you to follow God's calling to be his hands and feet to an increasingly important area of the world.
Gain a fuller perspective of Asian culture through progressive language instruction in Chinese, Korean and Japanese. Through your courses, you will take part in in-depth study of the histories, religious traditions, philosophical schools, economics, politics, and fine arts of Asia. Apply your studies in a new way through a variety of off-campus programs offered throughout the year.
