Rachel Hammond

Biography
Professor Hammond’s academic background includes a D.B.A. in Management from Anderson University and an M.M. from Aquinas College. She is currently a Professor of Management, Department Chair, and MBA Program Director at Calvin University’s School of Business. Hammond’s teaching expertise includes organizational behavior and human resource management, and her research interests are centered on the impact of artificial intelligence on learning experiences and the field of human resource management. She also recently co-edited a textbook that explores the interplay between marketing and AI. Prior to her academic tenure, she gained industry experience in human resource management, training, and development within the banking sector.
