Tour Host
Gary Burge regularly teaches courses for the Calvin Academy for Lifelong Learning. Dr. Burge taught New Testament for over 35 years, concluding his career at Wheaton College and Graduate School, with an encore as dean and professor at Calvin Theological Seminary from 2017-2023. He is deeply invested in the Middle East and its churches from Iraq to Egypt, and he travels there frequently.
Pricing
The cost for this tour is $5,995 per person, based on double occupancy with flights from Chicago, plus bus from Grand Rapids to Chicago for Michigan passengers. For a single room, the cost is $7,065. Departure from other cities is available upon request. Travel insurance is available through TravelEx for an additional fee.
