Jane Genzink

  • BA, Calvin College, 1992
  • MA, Western Michigan University, 2000

Ms. Genzink began her career in education at a local Christian school in a teaching and then later administrative capacity. Those experiences provided a base from which to draw in her current work coordinating the student teaching internship program in the Education Department. In this position, she collaborates with a team of colleagues and partners from the P-12 field to prepare responsive and transformative educators.  Her teaching responsibilities at Calvin have also included the Introduction to Education course and Teaching Mathematics in the Elementary and Middle School.

In addition, Ms. Genzink’s expertise and interest in teaching mathematics have afforded her the opportunity to collaborate with colleague and grant director, Dr. Jan Koop, in multiple Improving Teacher Quality grants from the Michigan Department of Education.
