Would you like to increase feelings of gratitude, joy, compassion and resilience? Would you like to feel happier? Join us in learning and practicing the art of happiness, utilizing and expanding on the award-winning documentary HAPPY.
Are you a “hands–on” person? Do words sometimes seem inadequate? Through drawing, coloring, and painting, members of this group use visually creative means to explore their own thoughts and feelings. These artistic expressions form a basis for connecting with other group members about what is learned and gained in the process. No artistic experience or skill required.
Students recovering from eating disorders are invited to receive and share support with others who understand. Information regarding effective coping will be shared, and activities such as art therapy and other creative interventions will be implemented.
