About Us

Calvin staff and faculty members seeking to rent a vehicle from Enterprise (National) or Budget Rentals for university-related business can submit their requests through our Sharepoint site. The Vehicle Rental Request Sharepoint Site can be accessed by any Calvin faculty or staff member by using their Calvin University credentials.

 

Items to note:

• Must be a Calvin University Authorized Driver to rent a vehicle.
  • Questions about this should be directed to Campus Safety.
• Must be a faculty or staff member to rent a vehicle.
• Students cannot rent a vehicle.
• Rental & National Rental Agency requires that Calvin University representatives renting a vehicle must be 21 or older.
• Budget Rental Agency requires that Calvin University representatives renting a vehicle must be 25 or older.
