Biography
John joined Calvin with 30 years of public relations experience in a number of different sectors, including in banking, waste management, and retail, where in the 1990s John worked with Fred Meijer to establish the regional grocery chain’s first-ever PR department. John also spent several years as director of the Fifth Third River Bank Run, now the River Bank Run. John and his wife, Anne, live in Grand Rapids and have three adult children.
