Spoelhof Fieldhouse Complex Public Dedication

Calvin College will celebrate the new Spoelhof Fieldhouse Complex in a public dedication ceremony at 4 p.m. February 20 in the Van Noord Arena. The event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow Friday's ceremony.

The more than 360,000 square-foot facility, which includes the Huizenga Tennis and Track Center, the Van Noord Arena, the Venema Aquatic Center and the Hoogenboom Health and Recreation Center, opened its doors last month and is already getting a lot of use. Renovation continues on the original fieldhouse, which is being converted into a new state-of-the-art health and recreation center and is scheduled to open in May.
