JIM DETERS UPDATE WITH LAKE COUNTY CAPTAINS

AUGUSTA, GA - Jim Deters was denied his 10th pitching victory of the season on

5-4 defeat at the Augusta GreenJackets. Also a graduate of Kalamazoo Christian

pitch limit of 95. It was the first time that a Captains starter had pitched
into the ninth inning this season. Righthander Matt Davis came on to get the
final two outs to close the game.
