For the third time in her collegiate career, Calvin sophomore Katie Zondervan
has been named MIAA Specialty Player of the Week in women's volleyball.

Zondervan hails from Lakewood, California. She is a graduate of Valley

She also amassed four service aces, 26 digs, five blocks and a .300 attack
percentage. A year ago, Zondervan was named the MIAA's Freshman of the Year
and finished fifth nationally in assists-per-game average.

Calvin returns to action on Wednesday night when it travels to cross-town
rival Aquinas for a non-conference match scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. The
host Saints will bring a 5-2 record into Wednesday's match. The Calvin-Aquinas
