The final NCAA III women's basketball statistics have been released and Calvin

School finished ninth nationally in field goal percentage (.593) and 25th in
blocked shots per-game (2.5 blocks-per-game). Junior Kristen McDonald of Grand
Rapids West Catholic High School finished 10th nationally in three-point field
goal percentage (.412) and 32nd in three-point field goals made per-game

As a team, ranked 28th in scoring defense, limiting opponents to just 54.0
points-per-game. The Knights also ranked 39th in scoring maring (14.0) and
17th in won-lost percentage (.852).

Calvin's shooting statistics also ranked high as the Knights finished sixth
nationally in field goal percentage (.460) and 30th in three-point field goal

Under the direction of first-year head coach John Ross, Calvin finished 23-4
this past year and captured its first MIAA title since 1999. During the year,
the Knights ripped off a 21-game win streak - one short of matching the Calvin
single-season record.
