The Department of Art and Art History is pleased to present The Beautiful, an exhibition held in conjunction with the annual Calvin Symposium on Worship and curated by CIVA (Christians in the Visual Arts) representatives Mary McCleary and Michelle Westmark Wingard. This traveling exhibition gathers more than 35 contemporary works of art executed in a variety of media and genres that bear witness to beauty as it appears to us in the complex landscape of contemporary culture. Join us for a celebratory exhibition reception on Thursday, January 25 from 6 - 8 p.m. in the CFAC West Lobby.
