Calvin has changed its waste management practices over a period of decades. Henry Kingma, the director of recycling at Calvin, will describe the history of the college’s recycling program and how it has grown to its current scope. Then he’ll consider the possible future of waste management and answer the question, “What would it take for Calvin to become zero-waste?”
