Homogeneous Sub-Finsler 3-Manifolds and Their Geodesics

This summer, I worked with Prof. Moseley on a classification of homogeneous sub-Finsler 3-manifolds via a classification of the associated Lie algebras. In this talk, I'll give an introduction and motivation for the project. I will also present an example of classifying a Lie algebra as well as some examples of geodesics.
