All of our slots for climbing have been filled!
To provide adequate staffing, equipment, and climbing space, advance sign-up (free) is required. Climbing times are set for 45 minutes to allow as many families as possible the opportunity to try out the climbing wall.
Climbers of all ages are welcome. Early elementary school climbers must be able to fit properly in a full-body harness to be allowed to climb; final decisions will be at the discretion of Climbing Center staff based on climber safety.
Calvin Climbing Center staff will be available to belay new climbers or provide instruction for families climbing together. If your Calvin student has already received belay certification, they will also be able to belay for your family.
Please note that face masks are required at all indoor public venues, including the climbing wall.
After registering, please fill out the waivers in advance:
Climbers under age 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
Recommendation: Wear comfortable clothing that allows flexibility of movement.
