NCAA III TOURNAMENT BRACKETS TO BE UNVEILED MONDAY
A trio of Calvin fall sports teams are headed to NCAA III Tournament play this week as the men's and women's soccer teams and women's volleyball team all earned automatic bids to the NCAAs. On Monday, the three teams will find out where and who they will play as the NCAA III Tournament brackets will be unveiled via live webstreams on NCAA.com
The women's volleyball bracket will be announced at 11 a.m. (EST).
The women's soccer bracket will be announced at 1 p.m. (EST).
The men's soccer bracket will be announced at 1:30 p.m. (EST).

FOX SPORTS DETROIT EXECUTIVE TO SPEAK ON CALVIN CAMPUS TUESDAY
Courtney Welch will speak on social media, communications and professional sports on Tuesday, November 10 at 3:30 pm in Calvin's DeVos Communication Center. Her presentation will take place in DeVos 160 in a talk sponsored by the CAS department and by CPRO, a CAS-affiliated student public relations group.
Courtney Welch is manager of social media and communications for Fox Sports Detroit (FSD), a job she began in June 2012 after working in a communications capacity prior to that for three years for USA Hockey as communications manager for the U.S. women's national team. Courtney is a Michigan State graduate and was a journalism major. At FSD, she writes press releases, works with media, helps run the FSD social media feeds, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more, and is a brand ambassador for Fox Sports Detroit and the city's major sports teams.
