Seniors on Calvin Women's Basketball Team Featured With Audio Interviews;
Fall Sports Calvin Knightfile Magazine Now Available On-Line
 
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

The Calvin Sports Information office recently caught up with the three seniors
on the Calvin women’s basketball team: Amber Benthem, Brook Van Eck and Emily
Ottenhoff for audio interviews.

In all three interviews, the players talk about the current season and their
overall time at Calvin as student-athletes.

All three seniors have played key roles in helping the Calvin women’s
basketball team jump out to a 13-1 overall record including a league record of
5-0. Van Eck averages 10.4 points a game while Benthem comes in at 6.7 points
and Ottenhoff 5.6 points per contest.
The Knights are currently ranked 12th in the USA TODAY/ESPN Division III
Coaches’ poll and 17th in the most recent d3hoops.com top 25 poll. The Knights
return to action on Saturday when they travel to Adrian for a 3 p.m. contest.
