MIAA Men's Golf Jamboree Suspended by Weather;
Rebecca Kamp Named MIAA Volleyball Player of the Week
MEN'S GOLF
The MIAA men’s golf jamboree, hosted by Hope at the Wuskowhan Player’s
Club in Holland was suspended because of severe weather conditions that swept
through West Michigan Monday afternoon. Teams had completed roughly two-thirds
of the competition but the scores have all been wiped out because of the
weather.
There is no word at this time on whether the MIAA Jamboree - the sixth of a
scheduled eight league competitions - will be made up at a later date or
permanently canceled.
Calvin is scheduled to host the seventh MIAA Jamboree next Monday. The
competition will be held at the Watermark Country Club in Cascade beginning at
1:00 p.m.
