First Round Opponent for Calvin Women's Basketball Set

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

Calvin (23-1) will face Adrian (9-15) in a first round MIAA Tournament game on Tuesday night at the Calvin Fieldhouse. Tuesday's first round game is set to begin at 7:30 p.m. Adrian advanced to Tuesday's first round game with a 78-66 victory over Kalamazoo in a play-in game to the tournament Monday evening.

Tuesday's game will mark the third meeting between Calvin and Adrian in the MIAA Tournament. A year ago, the two teams met in the first round and Calvin advanced with a 75-46 victory.

Calvin is 20-10 all-time in the MIAA Tournament. The Knights have won four of a possible 14 MIAA Tournament titles, winning in 1993, 1996, 2000 & 2005.

General Admission tickets for Tuesday’s game will be on sale at the Box Office on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tickets will also be sold at the Fieldhouse starting at 6:30 pm on Tuesday. MIAA Students may enter free with their ID's.

Ticket Prices: Per MIAA regulations, ticket pricing:
$2.00 for MIAA faculty/staff,
FREE for MIAA students with college ID,
$2.00 for non-MIAA college students, high school students, and children,
$5.00 for General Admission
