Calvin's bench out-scored Alma's by a 47-14 margin. VandeStreek was proud of the complete effort from all his reserves. "We've had some tough injuries lately and different guys have been able to step in and perform well when we really need them."

Alma was held to 41.9 percent shooting from the field, but only 34.3 percent in the second half as Calvin pulled away. Calvin out-rebounded Alma 43-24 and 24-7 in the first half.
