MEN'S SOCCER
The Calvin men's soccer team has moved up six spots in the latest set of
Great Lakes Regional Rankings compiled by the National Soccer Coaches
Association of America (NSCAA). Calvin is ranked fourth in this week's
regional poll, trailing top-ranked Ohio Wesleyan, second-ranked Denison and
third-ranked John Carroll. Calvin is one of three teams from the MIAA in the
regional rankings as Kalamazoo is ranked sixth and Hope seventh.
Calvin (8-4 overall, 4-1-0 MIAA) will carry a four-game win streak into a game
at Alma Tuesday afternoon with kickoff scheduled for 4:00 p.m. at Alma's
Scotland Yard.

CALVIN REAL AUDIO BROADCAST SCHEDULED SET FOR THIS WEEK
A trio of Calvin athletic contests will be aired via RealAudio on the Calvin
web site this week.
The broadcast schedule begins Tuesday afternoon with the men's soccer game
at Alma. The 4:00 p.m. game will be called by Jeff Febus with the pre-game set
for 3:50 p.m.
On Thursday, the volleyball team will travel to Hope with a RealAudio
broadcast set for the 6:30 p.m. match. Febus and Ross Weener will call the
action.
On Saturday, the Calvin women's soccer team will entertain Alma at noon with
Weener and Josh Miller calling the match beginning at 11:55 a.m.
