FT. MYERS, FL – Calvin’s losing skid was extended to four games Wednesday
morning as the Knights were roughed up by Suffolk University of Massachusetts
14-7. Calvin is now 2-4 on the season.

Calvin scored all seven of its runs in the fifth inning but Suffolk responded
with four runs in the sixth to break the game open.

Sophomore Tim Hansen (Ludington HS) highlighted the morning for the Knights
with a home run. The blast was one of seven hits for Calvin in the loss.
Freshman Ryan Smith (Madison, AL) started the game for the Knights and took the
loss. Freshmen Chris Hinkley (Monmouth, ME) and Justin Roza (Burlington, ON)
also saw time on the hill for the Knights.
