We talked with three students about their internship experiences and here's what they had to say:

"Internships are a great opportunity to measure how interested you are in a field, especially for professional programs like engineering. Take one if you can! They are also awesome avenues for gaining experience and for networking."

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU HAVE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THINKING ABOUT INTERNSHIPS?
"I don't think you can go wrong when it comes to internships. No experience is going to be wasted. If anything, it will build character, so enjoy! Take a few applications, try them out, ask mentors and people you trust, and go for it!"
