A golden service opportunity
Special Olympics partners with the Service-Learning Center to host the Southwest Regional Spring Games. Typically 350-400 athletes come to our campus and compete in various athletic competitions including track and field, swimming, bocce ball, and horseshoes. The winners from these games will go on to compete in the state championship!
Volunteer information
This year, due to the construction on Calvin's campus, the event will be hosted at Forest Hills Eastern High School. Some volunteers will be paired with athletes and are responsible to lead them to their events, opening ceremonies, lunch and award ceremonies throughout the day. Others will help with program events and general encouragement.
