Available on a one-time basis for all faculty, staff, retirees and spouses.
Personal Training “Plus”
Just like having your own personal trainer, but at 1/5th the cost! Options include 6 or 12-week sessions, once or twice per week. $12 per session. Registration forms are available online or email Healthy Habits.
Personal Training “Partners”
Need more accountability? Train with a spouse or friend. Personal Training Partners is the same as Personal Training “Plus,” only you do it with a partner.
