International Students: Please wait to fulfill any requirements for vaccinations or tuberculosis testing until you arrive at Calvin University. These services are covered in full by Calvin’s Student Health Insurance Plan.
For all new, transfer and re-admitted students, your health requirements must be complete by September 27th for Fall enrollment, and February 1st for Spring enrollment. After that time, a non-refundable $50 fine will be assessed to your account, and registration for future classes could be placed on hold.
If you fall into a high-risk group for tuberculosis, you must have a tuberculosis test completed. You may do this with your primary care provider, or at health services.
