Please call (616) 526-6187 or stop by our office to schedule an appointment with one of our providers. Most patients can be seen the same day or within 1–3 days, as needed. We offer virtual appointments if appropriate, but we prefer caring for you at one of our in-person appointments. Call early in the day for a better chance at getting an appointment that works best with your schedule. Online scheduling is also an option through the patient portal: calvin.medicatconnect.com This is a preferred way to schedule an appointment in the office between classes, and the patient portal is accessible 24/7.

Remember to clear space from your voicemail so we can reply with a voice message if you are in class. Once we connect with you, there are a few questions we need answered by phone, and then we can give you guidance regarding what happens next. Walk-ins
We are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments. Please call Health Services at (616) 526-6187 or stop by our office if you’d like to speak with our staff about scheduling an appointment.
Cancellations
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call and let us know as soon as possible so that we may open the appointment for another student with medical needs. Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. There is a $50 no-show fee for all missed appointments. Calling after the time of appointment is not the same as cancelling ahead of time. No Show fees will be billed to the patient’s Workday account or the credit card on file. This fee is not covered by insurance.
Covid testing

Symptomatic testing – is available in Health Services by appointment only. Vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals experiencing covid symptoms can complete a covid test request form at calvin.medicatconnect.com or call Health Services at 616-526-6187 to schedule a testing appointment.
