We hope you'll take the plunge and join us for one of these highly effective treatment opportunities. Topics addressed in the group therapy setting include anxiety, depression, pornography, gender/sexuality, body image, and more. Participants can learn skills such as meditation, distress tolerance skills, anxiety management, and peer connection.

Students who have not completed a screening during this academic year will be scheduled for a brief screening prior to participating in a workshop or group.
